The Lavender Essential Oil is middle note steam distilled from the flowers of Lavandula angustifolia. It is one of our popular and best-selling essential oils since lavender oil has an unmistakable floral and herbal aroma that enchants its users. The Greeks and Romans perfumed their bathwater with lavender and burned lavender incense to appease their wrathful gods. It was also believed that the scent of lavender would soothe down untamed tigers and lions. 

 Blends With

This essential oil blends well with Bergamot, black pepper, cedarwood, chamomile, clary sage, clove, cypress, eucalyptus, geranium, grapefruit, juniper, lemon, lemongrass, mandarin, marjoram, oakmoss, palmarosa, patchouli, peppermint, pine, rose, rosemary, tea tree, thyme, and vetiver.

 Packaging

The 1/2oz and 1oz essential oils are packaged in amber glass bottles with drop reducers for ease of application. The larger volumes are packaged in amber screw cap bottles, and they do not come with reducers or droppers.
