This seasoning is a customer favorite. For standard Italian vinaigrette style dressing, mix 1 tablespoon seasoning with 2/3 cup olive oil and 1/3 cup red wine vinegar. For a sharper dressing, use half vinegar and half oil. To make a great creamy Italian dressing, mix 2 tablespoons seasoning with 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt and 1/2 cup mayonnaise,then thinning it with a bit of balsamic or red wine vinegar until it reaches your preferred consistency. You can also use this seasoning to make your own croutons or mixed with a breading for chicken parmesan.
