Vietnamese bark cinnamon has a flavor similar to the Chinese Tung Hing cassia cinnamon — but with an unbelievably high 5-7% oil content, our Saigon Cassia cinnamon pieces are much stronger and spicier. Once you taste it, it’s hard to go back to “ordinary” cinnamon! These bark pieces can be anywhere from 1 – 8 inches. Use them for extra flavor wherever a regular cinnamon stick is called for.
