For half a century, Vietnamese cinnamon was extremely hard to find in the United States. We grind Vietnamese Cinnamon bark in house. It produces a dark, rich cinnamon with quite a bit of spiciness. This cracked version is best for steeping mulled cider or wine. Ingredients: Cassia cinnamon.

The best cassia bark is harvested near the base of mature trees. This cracked version is ideal for mulling cider or wine or steeping with ground coffee.
