Use this blend on any meat or fish you want to have a smoked flavor. It is also fantastic for creating your own jerky. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon per pound for chicken, chops, ribs, or steaks. This blend was previously called Smoke House Seasoning.
Ingredients: Paprika, kosher salt, spices, cane sugar, celery, garlic, onion, hickory smoke salt (salt, smoke flavor, silicon dioxide), turmeric, parsley, arrowroot.
